Visual for Slow Village

Slow village is the best Hungarian hip-hop band, if you ask me. They make awesome beats with even better lyrics and they are also our friends so this was truly a love project for us.

The idea was that we make something fairly simple. We cut or mask our archive footages (about villages in winter cause this was a concert in early December) with continuously morphing rectangles creating a weird pixelated effect. Of course as doing so we faced a lot of challenges and found more small tweaks that made the experience even more interesting. The end result and the concert was a blast. Check out their music!
